Moss is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead coordination, planning, and supervision of forepersons, contractors, and craft activities on a multi-state solar/heavy industrial site. The role requires travel and a strong focus on safety and schedule compliance.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of supervisory experience in power/industrial construction, proficient planning, and the ability to read electrical drawings.

Formación

• Safety first mindset with OSHA-30 certification.
• Electrical field install experience in solar or heavy industrial settings.
• Preference for Self-Perform Bess Construction background.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in power/industrial construction.
• Experience supervising 50+ employees.
• Strong planning and scheduling capabilities.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings (isometric/orthographic).
• Experience with contract documents and coordinating subcontractors.
• 4–5 years as General Foreman or 3 years as Superintendent in a single discipline on industrial projects.
• Willingness to learn new techniques/skillsets.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and supervise craft activities including methods, manpower, materials, and schedules.
• Coordinate electrical work with other crafts and contractors onsite.
• Maintain liaison with engineering, estimating, and planning to ensure compliance with drawings and schedule.
• Assist in resolving productivity and interface issues on site.
• Monitor safety program compliance and enforce corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Material Control, Purchasing, Quality, and Engineering for materials and inspections.
• Handle additional assignments as directed by supervision.
• Delegate responsibilities and ensure proper completion.
• Perform other duties as required.
