Job summary

Moss is seeking a BES Electrical Superintendent to lead electrical craft activities across multi-state solar and heavy industrial sites. You will coordinate forepersons, contractors, and crews to meet drawings, specs and schedules while upholding safety standards.

The role requires strong supervisory experience, OSHA30, and expertise in electrical drawings and project coordination, with substantial travel commitments and responsibility to the General Superintendent.

Qualifications

• OSHA30 certification required.
• Electrical field installation experience on solar plants or heavy industrial facilities.
• 3–5 years supervisory experience in power/industrial construction.
• Experience supervising 50+ employees and coordinating multiple crafts.
• Ability to read electrical drawings (isometric/orthographic) and design specs.
• Experience with subcontractor coordination and job cost/workforce planning.
• Willingness to travel extensively and learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and coordinate electrical craft work and manpower.
• Coordinate with other crafts, departments and contractors on site.
• Ensure work meets drawings, specifications, and schedule.
• Maintain safety program compliance and document corrective actions.
• Liaise with materials, purchasing, quality, and engineering to support schedule.
