Moss seeks a BES Electrical Superintendent to lead electrical craft activities on multi-state projects, with high travel demands. The role requires coordinating forepersons, subcontractors, and crews to meet safety, quality, and schedule goals across solar and industrial settings.

The candidate should have extensive supervisory and planning experience, reading electrical drawings, and a proven track record on large-scale projects. Travel is a regular aspect of the job.

Qualifications

• Must have OSHA 30 and prioritize safety.
• Electrical field installation experience in solar or heavy industry.
• Self-Perform Bess Construction experience preferred.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in power/industrial construction.
• Experience supervising 50+ employees.
• Strong planning and scheduling experience.
• Ability to read design drawings (isometric/orthographic).
• Contract documents and subcontractor coordination.
• 4–5 years as General Foreman or 3 years as Superintendent in single discipline.
• Willingness to learn new techniques/skillset.

Responsabilités

• Plan and supervise craft activities; determine method, manpower, materials, equipment, schedules.
• Coordinate electrical work with other crafts on site.
• Liaise with engineering, estimating, planning to meet drawings and schedule.
• Resolve construction problems affecting productivity or interfaces.
• Monitor safety program compliance and enforce corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Material Control, Purchasing, QC, Engineering for materials and inspections.
• Perform additional assignments and delegate tasks as directed.
• Ensure work adheres to contract documents and site coordination.
• Willingness to travel (multi-state).
