Job summary

Zions Bank is hiring for Retail Support Customer Service Associate MLO to support branches across the Park City area. The role offers day-one benefits, a base pay of at least $21 per hour, and opportunities to learn the fundamentals of banking while building a broad skill set in customer service and branch operations.

The ideal candidate will handle cash transactions, cross-sell bank products, and provide quality service to clients in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years banking, cashiering, customer service, balancing, or related experience.
• Previous teller experience preferred.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs.
• Working knowledge of math.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service while protecting the branch against loss.
• Maintain advanced knowledge of branch operations.
• Expand client base through selling and coaching, including lending applications and cross-selling bank services and products.
• Process cash transactions and other customer service duties within the branch.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
