The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking experienced automotive parts and service professionals to join our consulting team. This travel-heavy role focuses on establishing relationships with dealerships, identifying efficiency gaps, and applying proven consulting programs to improve profitability.

Training lasts about 90 days with a base salary of $60,000–$63,000 and potential bonuses; total income targets exceed $75,000.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• 5+ years of automotive dealership experience (Service Advisor, Parts Manager, Service Manager, or Fixed Operations Director).
• Must be willing to travel extensively with overnight hotel stays up to 5 nights per week (every week).
• Must have reliable transportation as well as a valid driver’s license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
• Must have reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing

Responsibilities

• Establish professional relationships with customers and help their businesses become more efficient, effective, and profitable.
• Work with dealership personnel to identify trouble areas and apply consulting services to solve issues.
• Follow up with customers after projects to maintain relationships and provide ongoing fee-for-service support and problem resolution.
