Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking experienced automotive parts and/or service professionals to join our consulting team. You will establish professional relationships with customers and help their businesses become more efficient, effective, and profitable.

The role involves working with dealership personnel to identify trouble areas and applying proven consulting programs to resolve them. Training lasts about 90 days with a base salary of $60,000–$63,000 and potential quarterly bonuses after

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's preferred but not required.
• 5+ years of automotive dealership experience (Service Advisor, Parts Manager, Service Manager, or Fixed Operations Director).
• Must be willing to travel extensively with overnight hotel stays up to 5 nights per week (every week).
• Must have reliable transportation as well as a valid driver’s license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
• Must have reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing
