Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking experienced automotive parts and/or service professionals to join our consulting team as a Parts Manager, Service Manager, or Service Advisor. This role focuses on building professional relationships with customers, identifying dealership issues, and applying proven consulting programs to improve efficiency and profitability.

The position is HIGH travel with overnight stays up to 5 nights per week, and training runs about 90 days with base salary of

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
• 5+ years of automotive dealership experience (Service Advisor, Parts Manager, Service Manager, or Fixed Operations Director).

Responsibilities

• Establish professional relationships with customers and help their businesses become more efficient, effective, and profitable.
• Work with dealership personnel to identify trouble areas and apply consulting services programs to solve issues.
• Follow up with customers after project completion to maintain relationships and provide ongoing support.
