Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking experienced automotive parts and service professionals to join our consulting team. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, identifying operational gaps in dealerships, and applying proven consulting programs to drive efficiency and profitability.

Travel up to 5 nights per week is required, with remote work options through LI-Remote. Training lasts about 90 days, featuring field mentoring, online courses, and classroom instruction

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Establish professional relationships with customers to improve their dealership operations.
• Identify trouble areas within the dealership and apply established consulting services to resolve them.
• Follow up with customers to maintain relationships and provide ongoing fee-for-service support and problem resolution.
• Contribute to consulting services sales by building trust with customers across the country.
