Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking experienced automotive parts and/or service professionals to join our consulting team. The role focuses on establishing professional relationships with customers and helping their businesses become more efficient, effective, and profitable while traveling up to 5 nights a week.

Training lasts about 90 days with base salary $60,000–$63,000, then eligible for bonuses. Total target income $75,000+.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in automotive dealership roles (Service Advisor, Parts Manager, Service Manager or Fixed Ops Director).
• Willing to travel extensively with overnight stays up to 5 nights per week.
• Valid driver's license with clean record (no OVI/DUI/DWI in last 5 years).
• Reliable home internet for video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Build professional relationships with customers to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Identify dealership trouble areas and apply consulting services to solve them.
• Follow up after projects to maintain relationships and provide ongoing fee-for-service support.
• Help drive consulting services sales through customer success.
