Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction work on-site with subcontractors and trades.
• Interpret plans, specs, shop drawings; flag non-compliance.
• Communicate schedule updates to subcontractors and vendors.
• Monitor resources (labor, materials, equipment) daily.
• Coordinate site logistics and material deliveries safely.
• Ensure quality and maintain as-built documents.
• Support safety program and incident-free goals.
