Job summary

Stancil Services is seeking an experienced Superintendent 2 for our Commercial Division to lead on-site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and drive safety and quality. You will manage field teams, oversee logistics, and partner with the Project Manager to align schedule, budget, and scope across projects in the Carolinas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of construction site supervision; experience on large commercial or multi-family projects preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of paint and drywall trades.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent field experience; OSHA-certified is a plus.
• Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam; valid driver’s license and insurability.
• Willingness to travel across the Carolinas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all field operations from mobilization through close-out, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality goals.
• Conduct daily site walks to verify production, safety compliance, and quality control.
• Manage site logistics, labor, equipment, and subcontractors for optimal workflow.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager to forecast needs, monitor costs, and track milestones.
• Lead weekly coordination meetings and document daily reports and site activities.
