Job summary

Richman Property Services, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Property Manager to support the Parkway Place community in Melbourne, FL. This full-time role focuses on resident relations, lease administration, and maintaining affordable housing standards using Yardi.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in Assistant or Leasing positions within the apartment industry; LIHTC experience preferred.
• Experience with LIHTC communities and Yardi software is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Property Management software; strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager in achieving community goals and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Handle resident inquiries and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Manage work orders and maintenance requests using Yardi software.
• Coordinate lease renewals and rental increases.
• Conduct unit inspections and move-in/out processes.
• Support leasing activities and resident relations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Key Qualifications

• Tax Credit/Affordable (LIHTC) experience preferred
• Yardi experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, not required
