Job summary

Richman Property Services is seeking a Floating Assistant Property Manager to support multiple apartment communities in the Orlando, Melbourne, and Titusville areas. The role offers full-time hours with competitive pay and mileage reimbursement for travel.

The candidate should have 2+ years in assistant or leasing roles, Yardi experience preferred, and a valid driver's license. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in Assistant or Leasing positions within the apartment industry; affordable community and Yardi experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and property management software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Employment Housing and EEO laws.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager in achieving community goals and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Handle resident inquiries and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Manage work orders and maintenance requests using Yardi software.
• Coordinate lease renewals and rental increases.
• Conduct unit inspections and move-in/move-out processes.
• Support leasing activities and resident relations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
