Position Details

• Position: Property Manager
• Location: Manatee Cove, our 192-unit affordable residential community located at 746 Madelyn Way, Melbourne, FL 32901

Key Qualifications

• Primarily looking for candidates with 3 or more years experience managing affordable multi-family residential communities
• Strong affordable or LIHTC experience, and proven excellent customer/resident satisfaction skills
• Experience with Yardi property management software
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, not required

Responsibilities

• Manage the apartment community to achieve maximum marketing and financial results
• Implement Company policies in leasing, accounting, maintenance, and resident relations
• Supervise and motivate on-site personnel

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience; college coursework or training in Property Management preferred
• 3 to 5 years of experience in the apartment industry with supervisory/management experience, preferably affordable communities
• Prior experience managing mid to large-size communities preferred
• Prior experience with tax credit/affordable communities and experience using Yardi software preferred
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and Equal Employment guidelines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Property Management software (e.g., Yardi)
• Registered Apartment or CAM Manager certification preferred
• Valid Driver's License required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus
• Tax Credit/Affordable (LIHTC) experience preferred
