Job summary

Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Floating Assistant Property Manager to support multiple apartment communities in the Orlando, Melbourne, and Titusville areas.

This role requires a proactive approach to leasing, resident relations, and maintenance coordination. You will assist the Property Manager in achieving community goals, handle resident inquiries, process work orders in Yardi, and coordinate lease renewals while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in multi-family or leasing environments.
• Yardi experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required for travel between communities.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and EEO laws is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager in achieving community goals and objectives.
• Handle resident inquiries and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Manage work orders and maintenance requests using Yardi software.
• Coordinate lease renewals and move-in/move-out processes.

Skills

2+ years in multi-family or leasing

Bilingual in English/Spanish

Valid Driver's License

Strong communication and organization
