Eenhoorn in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking an Assistant Property Manager Floater to cover multiple properties across the region. The role reports to the District Manager and requires frequent travel to support property operations and leasing.

The candidate should be flexible, customer-focused, and able to build relationships with residents and local businesses while maintaining lease compliance and financial performance.

Formación

• Familiar with local, state and federal fair housing and landlord/tenant laws.
• Strong bookkeeping and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Interpersonal, motivational, writing, management and leadership strengths.
• Ability to analyze financial data, prepare budget reports and administer office tasks.
• Professional demeanor with integrity and discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day outreach, sales and customer service to meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
• Monitor property and staff for Fair Housing, safety, and policy adherence.
• Maintain application and resident files.
• Handle deposits, dispositions, receivables, and purchase orders as needed.
• Collaborate with Support Center on training and resident relations.
