Job summary

Axis Residential is seeking a dynamic Property Management Office Floater to support Affinity Living Communities in Western Washington. This role blends leasing, marketing, resident relations, and administrative support to ensure exceptional resident experiences.

You will travel regularly to assigned communities, assist the Community Director with reports, lease files, and daily financial tasks, and help execute community events that drive engagement and occupancy.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency.
• Excellent communication in English (verbal and written).
• Experience in multifamily property management preferred.
• Willingness to travel to assigned communities.

Responsibilities

• Lease and market to prospective residents using various channels.
• Maintain resident files and assist with move-ins.
• Collect rent, process deposits, and update financial records.
• Coordinate community events and partnerships.
• Support Community Director with weekly and month-end reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws.
