First Onsite is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to be at the heart of projects, turning plans into action and solving challenges. You will collaborate with leadership to evaluate, develop, and execute scopes of work while monitoring budgets and schedules.

You’ll support crews, manage documentation, and ensure safety and quality across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The role requires leadership experience and 2+ years in restoration/construction, with a high school diploma

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a team environment.
• Experience in restoration/construction context (water, flood, fire, mold, etc.).
• Diploma or degree as noted; driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Understand, evaluate, develop, and execute the scope of work with leadership.
• Solicit, receive, and approve subcontractor proposals within budget.
• Prepare project schedules and manage crews and subcontractors.
• Monitor budgets, profit margins, and schedules; make real-time decisions.
• Handle change orders, billing reviews, and job site documentation.
• Maintain daily logs, reports, and safety meetings; ensure compliance.
