The role combines hands-on operational leadership with strategic menu design, forecasting, and collaboration with clients. Travel up to 80% is required, with relocation to the PA/Baltimore region encouraged.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Management experience: 1–3 years.
• Related experience: 1–3 years.
• ServSafe certification and HACCP knowledge.
