Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking an Aptitude Superintendent 2 to lead complex low voltage projects nationwide. You will manage trades, plan sequencing, and ensure timely, profitable completion aligned with JE Dunn’s strategy and values.

The role emphasizes safety leadership, coordination across design teams, and collaboration with owners and subcontractors. Travel is required, with incentives offered for assignments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in construction with field supervision experience.
• 5+ years in Division 8/23/25/27/28 related systems preferred.
• Experience coordinating low voltage scopes with teams and owners.
• Bachelor’s degree in CM/engineering preferred or applicable experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure an injury-free environment.
• Coordinate low voltage design and construction efforts to standards.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality on assigned work.
• Oversee subcontractors and trade partners on projects.
• Prepare project plans, pursue opportunities, and support closeouts.
