Job summary

The Amatriot Group is seeking an experienced training professional to deliver end-user training for a suite of client software solutions. The role involves classroom, virtual, and on-demand sessions, plus development of curricula, materials, and assessments.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in education or IT with 5 years of IT or education experience, strong communication skills, and experience with instructional design. Some travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or IT with 5 years IT or education experience.
• Experience in Customer Service and strong written/verbal communication.
• Knowledge of Instructional Systems Design.
• Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment and decision-making.
• Understand computer functions and related technical terminology; familiarity with Windows and MS Office.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 productivity tools.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Performs end user training for custom software solutions and related procedures.
• Instructs participants across in-person, virtual, and large group settings; develops training content and objectives.
• Designs distance learning materials including modules, workflows, and assessments; reviews user stories for training impact.
• Assesses and updates training content based on feedback; manages multiple training projects from planning to implementation.
• Prepare student materials and ensure they are clear, concise, and 508 compliant.
• Coordinate, develop, and deliver remote training; monitor tasks against program goals and provide input for continuous improvement.
