Job summary

NurseAmerica, Inc. is seeking an experienced Telemetry Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract assignment at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. This Telemetry/Orthopedic/Trauma unit cares for adolescent and adult patients with cardiac, orthopedic, trauma, and neurosurgical conditions.

Shift is Nights with 4x12-Hour Shifts (48 Hours/Week). Local candidates accepted; local rates apply. Weekly Gross Pay ranges from $3,100 to $3,500, with healthcare insurance starting on Day 1.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania RN License or Compact RN License.
• BLS Certification.
• ACLS Certification.
• Recent Telemetry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cardiac monitoring and telemetry interpretation.
• Care for orthopedic, trauma, and neurosurgical patients.
• Chest tube management, wound care, traction, halo, and pin care.
