Job summary

American Traveler seeks a Surgical Technologist with current OR experience in Total Joints, Ortho Spine, Neuro, ENT, and Ophthalmology for a hospital-based scrub role.

The role includes a day shift 7:00 AM–7:30 PM, Monday–Friday with a rotating day off, 36 hours/week (not guaranteed), and a 3–4 shift call within an 8‑week period. Epic is used in the scrub role with on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Completion of a surgical technologist program is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Current OR experience required, including Total Joints, Ortho Spine, Neuro, ENT, Ophthalmology (vitrectomy), and robotics.
• License required if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Hospital OR setting on a day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
• Monday through Friday with a rotating day off and no set schedule.
• 36 hours per week, not guaranteed.
• Call requirement of 3-4 shifts within an 8-week period, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Utilizes Epic in the Scrub role.
• Free parking available on-site.
• Local candidates accepted at the same pay rate.
