Qualifications

• Minimum 1 professional reference within 1 year from a supervisor/manager

Responsibilities

• Small community hospital surgery center with 4 ORs and transfers to a larger medical center as needed.
• Patient types include GYN, general, ENT, urology, ortho, podiatry, vascular, robotic, and ophthalmology.
• Day shift schedule, 0645-1515, 40 hours per week.
• On-call requirement weekly and every 4th weekend; weekend rotation includes on-call.
• Floats to two other facility sites on a weekly rotating schedule.
• Uses EPIC, Pyxis, and Alaris pumps.
• 1 day of orientation provided.
• Holiday coverage required for 1 summer and 1 winter holiday.
• Time off requests cannot be approved during assignment.
