American Traveler, LLC. seeks a Surgical Technologist with orthopedic and DaVinci Robot experience for a 13-week mid-shift assignment in Aspen, Colorado.

Requirements include a Colorado license (or ability to obtain), minimum 3 years in the OR, orthopedic experience, DaVinci robot exposure, and BLS certification (may be obtained on hire). Spanish language skills are a plus.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted Surgical Technologist license in Colorado required (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience required
• Orthopedic surgery experience required
• DaVinci Robot experience required
• BLS certification required (may be obtained upon hire)
• 2 years of recent O.R. experience preferred
• NCCT TS-C or NBSTSA CST certification preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred

Responsabilidades

• Operating room setting supporting a variety of surgical procedures
• Mid shift schedule with 4, 10-hour shifts per week
• 13-week assignment
• Maintain sterile field and instrumentation for all surgical procedures
• Prepare the operating room and supplies for each surgical case in a neat and efficient manner
• Collaborate with the perioperative team to provide care according to AORN standards
• Assist with stocking and ordering of department supplies
• Provide additional supportive patient care as directed
• Must be healthy enough to safely function in a high-altitude, low-oxygen environment (8,000 ft elevation)
• RTO is not accepted during this assignment
