Responsibilities

• Work in a 186-bed Magnet-designated teaching hospital's surgical services department
• Day shift schedule of 4x10 hours (7:00 AM-5:30 PM)
• Call required twice weekly, either 5 PM-7 PM or 7 PM-11 PM
• Weekend and floating coverage required as needed by the department
• Epic charting system used
• Scrubs provided for this role
• Experience with a variety of surgical specialties may be utilized, including gynecology, general surgery, urology, ENT, bariatrics, and orthopedics
• Familiarity with robotic surgical systems such as Da Vinci Xi and Mako may be beneficial
• Free parking available in any unrestricted space
• Flu vaccine required with no declinations accepted
• COVID vaccine and booster required, with religious or medical exemptions only
• Local candidates not accepted if residing within 75 miles of the facility
• Former staff must have a 2-year gap in employment before returning as a traveler
• Up to 7 days of RTO may be auto-approved
