Fusion Medical Staffing seeks a skilled Travel Stepdown RN for a 13-week assignment in Beckley, WV. You will deliver focused telemetry care, monitor cardiac rhythms, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support transitions from ICU to stepdown units.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Stepdown RN.
• Current Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS Certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Monitors and interprets telemetry data to detect abnormalities and responds appropriately.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments with a focus on cardiac care.
• Prepares equipment and assists physicians during cardiac-related procedures.
• Maintains patient comfort and safety on telemetry units.
• Documents nursing history and assessment, and notifies physicians as needed.
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive telemetry care.
