Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Stepdown RN
• Current RN license in compliance with state regulations
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC)
• Current ACLS Certification (AHA/ARC)

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and telemetry data
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments focusing on cardiac care
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during cardiac procedures
• Maintain awareness of patient comfort and safety for telemetry patients
• Document nursing history and assessments for telemetry patients
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive telemetry care
