Healthforce is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Telemetry/Step-Down travel assignment in Saint Louis, Missouri. The adult unit requires rhythm monitoring and post‑procedure care with a focus on acute cardiac events.

Schedule is 3x12 days with start date 11/23/2026 and a multi‑week length; weekly pay ranges between $2,108 and $2,252. Requirements include active Missouri RN license (compact acceptable), ACLS/BLS, 2 years telemetry/step‑down experience, Relias EKG test, weekend coverage every other

Formación

• Active Missouri RN license or valid compact license; MO license submitted/verified per compliance.
• ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Minimum 2 years RN telemetry/step-down experience; travel experience preferred.
• Relias EKG test completed prior to start.
• Weekend coverage every other weekend; float within the service line; on-call not required.
• Vaccination requirements: flu vaccine; COVID-19 vaccine not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct, patient-centered care for adults on a telemetry/step-down service, with emphasis on rhythm monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation.
• Care for post-cardiac cath/surgical patients and pacemaker/AICD care, following unit and facility protocols.
• Administer medications and vasoactive infusions as permitted by policy; monitor patient response and adjust as directed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (PT, RT, Radiology, Pharmacy, Social Work) to support optimal outcomes and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic charting system and perform fundamental wound care and lines care (peripheral/central/PICC as appropriate).
