Fusion Medical Staffing seeks a Travel Stepdown Registered Nurse for a 13-week assignment in Spokane, WA. You will provide stepdown care to patients transitioning from ICU to medical-surgical units, with a focus on telemetry monitoring, medications, and collaborative care.

The role offers competitive travel pay, comprehensive benefits, and support from a dedicated clinical team. A 1-year Stepdown RN experience, active WA license, BLS and ACLS are required or preferred.

Formación

• One year of recent Stepdown RN experience.
• Current RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS Certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsabilidades

• Monitors and interprets telemetry data and vital signs to detect abnormalities and respond.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments with a focus on cardiac care.
• Prepares equipment and assists during cardiac-related procedures and examinations.
• Ensures comfort and safety needs of telemetry patients are met.
• Documents nursing history and physical assessments for telemetry patients.
• Initiates patient education plans focused on cardiac health and risk factors.
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive telemetry care.
