Step Down Registered Nurse (RN) a highly skilled nursing professional is needed to provide quality patient care within the step down unit. This role involves delivering safe, evidence-based nursing care while collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team. The position requires a commitment to patient-centered practices and continuous quality improvement within a dynamic clinical environment.
