Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing, LLC is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Margate, FL. The SLP will evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders across ages, designing individualized therapy plans and collaborating with a clinical team.

The role requires a valid SLP license in Florida and current BLS certification; preferred candidates hold CCC-SLP and a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders; develop treatment plans.
• Design personalized therapy programs based on evaluations and goals.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and progress notes.
• Educate patients and families on strategies and home exercises.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.

Education

Licensed SLP (Florida)

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Certificate of Clinical Competence in SLP (CCC-SLP)

Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
