Qualifications
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Florida
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
- New graduates welcome to apply; Master’s degree preferred
- Other certifications or licenses may be required for the position
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Develop personalized therapy plans based on evaluations and goals
- Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records
- Educate patients and families on communication strategies and home exercises
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure safe treatment environments and infection control
