Job summary

You will operate SMT equipment including Europlacer pick-and-place, DEK Horizon 8 printers, BTU ovens, and Koh Young/Nordson inspection tools. J-STD-001 and IPC 610 certifications are required or must remain valid; active status after 2026 is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Experience operating SMT machinery and ensuring workflow efficiency.
• Ability to handle components via trays and tape/reel and load solder paste manually.
• Certifications: J-STD-001 and IPC 610 current or active after 2026.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of SMT machinery to keep front-end population workflow efficient.
• Focus on pre-established production tasks; no programming or setup changes.
• Utilize Europlacer pick-and-place, DEK Horizon 8, BTU ovens, and 3D inspection systems.
• Handle components in trays/tape-reel and perform manual solder paste loading.
• Contribute to production of large SMT boards with various components.
• Assist in basic equipment troubleshooting to maintain uptime.
