Qualifications

• 0–3 years of related SMT/electronic assembly experience.
• IPC-A-610 certification preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Set up, run, and tear down solder paste screen printers.
• Load feeders and boards across printers, SPI, pick-and-place, and reflow ovens.
• Verify paste alignment and monitor replenishment during the shift.
• Track components and WIP using line management systems (Aegis MIS).
• Log job transactions and production notes in the MES and coordinate with line leads.
