Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Cupertino, CA. This role offers the opportunity to evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders across ages, with a focus on evidence-based therapy and patient-centered care.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology and CCC-SLP, with active CA licensure or eligibility, and BLS.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• CCC-SLP certification preferred
• Must hold active SLP license in CA or be eligible for licensure in CA
• BLS certification required

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders across diverse ages
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on evaluations
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in EMR
• Educate patients and families on communication strategies and safe swallowing practices
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
• Maintain safe environment and adhere to infection control protocols
• Engage in quality improvement and professional development activities
• Perform other duties as assigned within scope of practice
