Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing seeks a Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Cupertino, CA. The SLP will evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders, covering diverse patient populations across settings. Qualifications

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist License in the state of California.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC) is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose and treat speech, language, voice, fluency and swallowing disorders.
• Design and implement individualized therapy plans to improve communication.
• Document progress and maintain EMR accuracy; collaborate with care teams.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home practice.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive treatment.
• Maintain a safe environment and adhere to infection control standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and quality assurance activities.
