Job summary

Quick Hire Staffing seeks a Site Inspector Supervisor to ensure quality services and provide leadership at the assigned site(s). The role focuses on staffing missions, supervising inspectors, and maintaining compliance with customer and company guidelines.

The candidate will coordinate audits, train inspectors, and manage relationships with site personnel while promoting a safe and efficient work environment across duties.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English.
• Computer skills – Microsoft Office.
• Basic Microsoft Excel proficiency and Outlook.
• Proficient in the use of various gages and measuring devices.
• Ability to lift / move 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and site personnel.
• Daily communications with various stakeholders at the site level.
• Set up and supervise missions.
• Staffing of missions.
• Training and validate inspectors.
• Coordinate changes in missions.
• Isolate, tag and verify nonconforming material.
• Conduct ongoing audits of effectiveness of work being performed.
• Perform visual, mechanical, and functional verifications to insure compliance to quality standards and specifications.
• Make independent judgments for subjective scenarios.
• Work as an inspector when required.
• Demonstrates commitment to reduce the risk of workplace accidents.
• Must comply with local and company Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policies.
