Quick Hire Staffing in North Carolina seeks a Site Supervisor to ensure quality services and support for missions, provide leadership to personnel, maintain a productive site atmosphere, and uphold company and customer guidelines.

Responsibilities include establishing and supervising missions, staffing, training inspectors, coordinating changes, auditing processes, verifying visual, mechanical, and functional conformance, and acting as an inspector when required.

Qualifications

• Strong written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiar with measurement devices and gages.

Responsabilités

• Establishing and supervising missions.
• Staffing of missions.
• Training and validate inspectors.
• Coordinate changes in missions.
• Isolate, tag and verify nonconforming material.
• Conduct ongoing audits of effectiveness of work performed.
• Perform visual, mechanical, and functional verifications to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
• Make independent judgments for subjective scenarios.
• Work as an inspector when required.
• Demonstrate commitment to reduce risk of workplace accidents.
• Must comply with local and company Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policies.
• Partner with HR for performance and attendance issue resolution.
• Create and maintain a 5S working environment.
• Update daily system entries in company and customer portals.
• Create and maintain customer and company reports.
