Job summary

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking a Sr. Site Leader for the Cleveland, OH area. This travel-based role requires oversight of missions, staffing and inspector training across the region. You will build client relationships, coordinate site activities and ensure compliance with quality standards.

The position involves leadership responsibilities, site management, and collaboration with the Site Manager. A background in quality, supervision, and travel readiness is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of work experience in a supervisory role
• 1+ year in a Quality-related position
• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required
• Willingness to travel across the region and support site operations

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with customers and site personnel
• Daily communications with various site stakeholders
• Set up and supervise missions and staffing of missions
• Train and validate inspectors
• Coordinate changes in missions and verify nonconforming material
• Conduct audits to ensure quality standards and compliance
• Create and maintain reports and document audits
• Work as an inspector when required
• Adhere to Health & Safety guidelines
