Job summary

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions seeks a Site Leader in Elizabethtown, KY to oversee quality services across missions at the site. The role requires coordinating missions, supervising inspectors, and ensuring adherence to customer and company quality guidelines.

You will manage site operations, train inspectors, maintain relationships with customers, and drive safety, audits, and continuous improvement while collaborating with the Site Manager to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

Proficiency in English.
MS Office suite with basic Excel and Outlook.
Proficient in gauges and measuring devices.
Ability to lift/move 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and site personnel.
Daily communications with stakeholders at the site level.
Set up and supervise missions.
Staffing of missions.
Training and validate inspectors.
Coordinate changes in missions.
Isolate, tag and verify nonconforming material.
Conduct ongoing audits of effectiveness of work.
Perform visual, mechanical, and functional verifications to ensure compliance to quality standards.
Work as an inspector when required.
Demonstrates commitment to reduce the risk of workplace accidents.
Must comply with local and company Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policies.
