You will communicate with stakeholders, manage inventory movements, perform audits, and ensure compliance with safety and client policies. You must be able to lift 30-50 lbs, travel as needed, and operate MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic Microsoft Excel and Outlook proficiency.
• Experience with gauges and measurement devices is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and lift 30–50 pounds as needed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with customers and site personnel.
• Daily communication with site stakeholders.
• Assist Site Leaders and train inspectors in process adherence.
• Document non-conformances and report to Site Leader.
• Troubleshoot issues with the Site Lead; support process changes.
• Manage material movements using inventory tools and scanners.
• Occasionally work as an inspector when required.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety laws and policies.
• Adhere to TRIGO and customer site policies.
• Foster effective communication within teams and maintain 5S/6S standards.
• Collect and maintain reports; record audits in company portals.
