Job summary

STO Building Group is seeking a Senior Superintendent to oversee field coordination, quality control and day-to-day supervision of subcontracted work on commercial and pharma projects. The role emphasizes safety, schedule adherence and cost control across multi-site efforts.

Responsibilities include preparing schedules, reviewing progress with Project Managers, directing subcontractors and ensuring safe operation of tools and equipment in the field.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of field experience on commercial projects.
• Experience should include supervisory responsibility as General Foreman, Field Engineer or Assistant Superintendent.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and teamwork abilities.
• Commercial and Life Science construction experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and tracks project schedule and reports status.
• Oversees timely and cost-effective field coordination and subs supervision.
• Reviews progress with Project Manager and client representatives; manages大型 projects with multiple superintendents.
• Ensures safety standards are implemented and followed by crews and equipment is operated safely.
• Directs subcontractor activities on pharma projects and analyzes resource needs.
• Prepares forecasts and informs supervisors on progress.
