Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Travel Consultant who is passionate about travel and has a strong sales drive. You will sell international and domestic travel packages, build long-term relationships with members, and cross-sell relevant products to enhance trips.

The role emphasizes customer service, accurate administration, and ongoing training. The position requires a high school diploma, the ability to pass background checks and drug screening, and a willingness to travel for training

Qualifications

• A high school diploma is required.
• Must be able to pass a comprehensive criminal background check and drug screening.
• 2+ years in retail sales, banking, or leisure travel agency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell international and domestic travel packages including cruises, land packages, itineraries, air, car, and hotel.
• Develop long-standing relationships with AAA members and build referral business.
• Cross-sell products and services to enhance travel experiences, such as AAA credit cards and identity theft referrals.
• Assist members with tailored trip planning and recommendations to meet expectations.
