Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises in California is seeking a Travel Consultant who sells international and domestic packages, builds relationships with members, and tailors trips to each member’s expectations. You will leverage knowledge from personal experience and training to provide exceptional service.

The role includes ongoing training through The Auto Club University, recognition programs, and company-sponsored travel discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 2- or 4-year degree preferred.
• Background check and urine drug screen required.
• 2+ years retail sales, banking, or leisure travel agency experience preferred in a goal-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Sell international and domestic travel packages including cruises, land packages, travel itineraries, air, car, and hotel.
• Develop long-standing relationships with members and build referrals and repeat business.
• Cross-sell products such as AAA Member Rewards Credit Card and identity theft referrals.
• Meet production and sales goals while participating in training and career growth.
