Job summary

The Auto Club Group (AAA) seeks a Travel Sales Associate to build and deepen relationships with AAA Members, driving sales of travel, memberships, and related products. You will assemble complex domestic and international packages, complete reservations, and advise clients on documentation requirements.

Strong interpersonal, research, and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel systems.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of business-to-consumer sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; customer relationship abilities.
• Proficient with internet research and booking; familiar with Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to learn consultative selling and travel systems.

Responsibilities

• Establish and grow relationships with AAA Members to drive travel bookings and memberships.
• Sell travel packages including cruises, tours, hotels, Air travel, car rental and insurance.
• Enter sales data into CRM and follow up post-travel to ensure satisfaction.
• Grow a personal book of business by re-engaging past clients and leveraging lead systems.
• Learn and utilize AAA digital tools to achieve objectives and monitor system performance.
