Sargent Electric is seeking a Site Safety Manager for the Canistota, SD project. This role leads the project health and safety program, delivers training, provides safety guidance, and ensures compliance with OSHA 1926, NFPA 70E, and related standards.

Position is temporary for 4–6 months, with possible conversion to full-time. Will travel to multiple jobsites; W2 with per diem and a company vehicle where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must have construction safety experience and strong knowledge of OSHA and NFPA standards.
• -Must possess the ability to train and mentor field personnel in safety programs.
• -Proven investigative skills and incident root-cause analysis abilities.
• -Ability to develop Job Hazard Analyses and risk mitigation strategies.
• -Strong communication and leadership skills in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilités

• Provide general safety training to all site personnel and maintain training records.
• Sound knowledge of OSHA 1926 and related standards.
