Job summary

Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist for a 14-week travel assignment. The role is full-time with a night shift from 7pm to 7am and a $80.00/hour pay rate.

Applicants should hold an active Virginia license, NBRC RRT credential, and BLS certification. A one-year clinical experience is preferred, with degrees in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.

Qualifications

• State license, active NBRC RRT and BLS required at time of hire.
• For new graduates only, must have State license and BLS at time of hire, and must obtain NBRC RRT within 6 months of hire.
• 1 year of clinical respiratory care experience (preferred).
• Associates or Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement physician-directed respiratory care interventions for individuals or groups.
• Work cooperatively with nursing and other health care team members for professional respiratory care across age ranges.
• Assess and treat patients with age-appropriate respiratory therapies in clinical and ambulatory settings.
