Job summary

Sentara Careplex Hospital in Hampton, VA is seeking a Certified Respiratory Therapist for a temporary 14-week assignment on the night shift (7pm–7am).

The role delivers therapeutic and diagnostic respiratory care to complex patients, evaluating status and adjusting therapy as needed. Requires an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy, NBRC RRT certification, Virginia license, and BLS; one year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy required.
• 1 year of clinical respiratory care experience preferred.
• RRT certification and Virginia state license required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers therapeutic and diagnostic respiratory care to complex patients.
• Evaluates respiratory status and adjusts therapy accordingly.
