Job summary

Proforma Health Inc. seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to serve underserved communities through travel staffing opportunities. You will provide patient-centered care across all phases, collaborating with a team to plan, implement, and evaluate care in dynamic settings.

The role requires an active RN license (multistate preferred) and at least one year of nursing experience, including travel experience. Sanford benefits and weekly pay with stipends are offered to support clinicians on assignments.

Qualifications

• Graduate from nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license; multistate licensure if applicable.
• At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel experience.
• Ability to meet department-specific competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized patient care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Deliver care across all phases: preventative, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up.
• Plan and coordinate care; conduct patient assessments, education, triage, and nursing interventions.
• Operate within nursing scope and standards; adhere to legal and ethical guidelines.
